PuppyLinuxFAQ for Fun Answers to Puppy Linux Questions
Dec 25, 2009 - PuppyLinuxFAQ is ready with fun answers to questions in Puppy Linux!
It's Christmas, but Puppyite is still busy updating PuppyLinuxFAQ, a Web facility for answering common questions in Puppy Linux (starting with Puppy version 4.2.1 (also numbered 4.21 or called
Deep Thought).
Started in mid-November, 2009, PuppyLinuxFAQ is meant to answer newbie questions with as simple and "Window-ish" answers as possible (explanations based on Windows usage). The site is therefore perfect for people just starting to learn Linux.
The author, Puppyite, explains: "
My plan for the future of the Puppy Linux FAQ:
I’m adding new material daily. Right now you can read articles ranging
from using the GUI to loading SFS files. I intend to document every aspect
of the Puppy Linux operating system. My initial offerings cover basic
tasks but soon I’ll branch out to more esoteric areas. The Puppy Linux FAQ
will have something to interest Linux users of all skill levels. I
recommend that everyone visits the site right now: www.puppylinuxfaq.org. Prepare to be
Impressed!"

Puppy Linux Sale - Buy 1 Take 2
Nov 16, 2009 - From
Tristan:
Hi, i want to congratulate you for your creation, Puppy Linux is great in every way. I have been using it for some time now, and passing the word too. [I have been trying to sell Puppy at] a couple of sites like www.mercadolibre.com.ar (the eBay of Latin America) and www.masoportunidades.com.ar. [Despite being suspended twice for selling Linux for very cheap, ] finally they let me post my ads. I still charge $1 for each sell, I honestly do not earn [from this], but I have had a great response. People are really interested in Linux, most of them in Ubuntu, but I always send a free copy of PuppyLinux, and everyone loves it. The good thing about Ubuntu is that it gets everyone excited to use Linux.. [The] good thing about Puppy is that it is so easy to use, so they buy from me Ubuntu Linux, and I send Puppy and Ubuntu Linux! OK, that's my little grain of sand for the Linux world, am not a programmer, just an illustrator/graphic designer.
Note: Some Spanish Puppy Linux:

My children really enjoy the easy-access icons for their suitable games on the desktop. All non-kid games are launched by the gamelauncher-icon. Just delete this icon to protect your children from accidently watching head-chopping actions..
